- Dan makes the stag do by typing a name and tapping Create. No sign-up, no password, no app.
- He drops one link in the group chat.
- Sam taps it on his phone, says he’s in, and picks a budget only Dan can see.
- Dan sees who’s in and who still owes an answer, and the app sends the reminder.
