What it does
Asks only what you need
Travel, diet and access questions, with a named list of who can read each answer. Finance never sees health details; organisers don’t either unless trusted.
A company budget, not a split bill
Agreed, estimated and waiting for approval, kept apart. Approvals record who said yes, when, and to which version of the plan.
Changes people confirm
“The coach now leaves at 08:30.” Everyone affected taps Seen, and you can see who hasn’t. Opening an email doesn’t count.
