Terms of use
The rules for using OurGathering, in plain English. OurGathering is run by LUXD LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17465024), registered office Flat 1b, 153 Wandsworth Bridge Road, London SW6 2TT. Last updated 26 October 2026.
Who can use it
- You must be 18 or over to create an account or to reply to an invitation yourself.
- Children can be included in an event by the adult who answers for them. That adult is responsible for what they enter.
- If you organise an event, you must only invite people who would expect to hear from you about it, and only ask them questions you need for the event.
What OurGathering does and doesn’t do
- It helps you plan a get-together: who’s coming, their answers, votes, the plan, rooms, tasks and who owes what.
- It does not take, hold or send money. Costs and payments are records only; settle up between yourselves.
- It does not book anything. Bookings are between you and whoever you book with.
- It is a new service and may change. We try to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your password and your personal invitation link to yourself. Anyone with an unused invitation link can open it once.
- Don’t use OurGathering to harass anyone, to send spam, or to share anything unlawful or anything you don’t have the right to share.
- Organisers: you decide who can read guests’ answers. Only share sensitive answers (health, dietary, access, money) with people who need them for the event.
- What you add stays yours. You let us store and show it to the people you share it with, only so the service works.
Ending things
- You can delete your account, or an event you own, at any time. Deleting an event deletes its answers, plan, money records and photos.
- We may suspend an account or event that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.
Liability
OurGathering is free to use, and we are not responsible for arrangements made between the people using it, such as bookings, payments or travel. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll say so on the site before the change applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions or complaints: hello@ourgathering.co.uk. How we handle personal data is described in How we handle your data.
